Common use of Breach of Building Covenant Clause in Contracts

Breach of Building Covenant. The Buyer must not build a house (including garage or other improvements) or a shed separate from the house that does not comply with these Covenants. If the Buyer is in breach of any of these Covenants and the Contract between the Buyer and the Seller has not been completed, then the Seller may terminate the Contract by written notice to the Buyer. The Seller’s rights of termination are in addition to any other rights the Seller has against the Buyer.
