Common use of Breach of Clause 9 Clause in Contracts

Breach of Clause 9. 1, Clause 9.2 and Clause 9.4 under this contract in which any of Party A's interests has been impaired, or breach of Clause 9.3, Clause 9.5, Clause 9.6 and Clause 9.7 in which Party B fails to make immediate correction required by Party A and thereof any of Party A's interests has been impaired;
