BREACH OF CONTRACT ON THE PART OF THE LESSOR. (1) The Lessee may claim rent reduction pursuant to Section 2-11 of the Tenancy Act as the result of delays or defects. As far as defects are concerned, this is conditional upon the defect being material.

BREACH OF CONTRACT ON THE PART OF THE LESSOR. (1) The Lessee lessee may claim rent reduction pursuant to Section 2-11 of the Tenancy Act as the result of delays or defects. As far as defects are concerned, this is conditional upon the defect being material. This applies to both defects as per handover and defects during the lease term. The lessee shall not be entitled to withhold rent to secure any claim that the lessee has or may get against the lessor as the result of any defect or delay.
