Breach of Government Lease etc. Every Owner shall observe and perform all the covenants conditions and provisions of the Government Lease, this Deed and the House Rules which may be in force from time to time. No Owner shall permit or suffer to be done any act or thing in contravention of the terms and conditions of the Government Lease or whereby any insurance on the Land and the Building or any part thereof may become void or voidable or whereby the premia for any such insurance may be increased and in the event of any breach of this Clause by any Owner, the defaulting Owner shall indemnify the other Owners and the Manager against all losses, damages and expenses that may be suffered or incurred as a result of such a breach and without limitation to the generality of the foregoing, pay to the Manager the amount of any increase in premium caused by or on account of such breach.
