Common use of Breach of Guaranty or Pledge Agreement Clause in Contracts

Breach of Guaranty or Pledge Agreement. Breach by any Credit Party of any Guaranty, Pledge Agreement or similar agreement executed and delivered to Agent in connection with the Obligations of any Borrower which is not cured within thirty (30) days from the occurrence of such breach, or (b) if any Guarantor or pledgor terminates or attempts to terminate, challenges the validity of, or its liability under, any such Guaranty, Pledge Agreement or similar agreement;
