Common use of Breach of Law Clause in Contracts

Breach of Law. (a) No member of the Group nor any of its officers, agents or employees (during the course of their duties in relation to the Business) have committed, or omitted to do, any act or thing the commission or omission of which is in contravention of any Law and, to the best of the Issuer’s knowledge, no notice or communication has been received with respect to any alleged, actual or potential violation of or failure to comply with, any Law in all material respects.
