Common use of Breach of Negative Covenants Clause in Contracts

Breach of Negative Covenants. The Borrower or any Subsidiary fails to perform, observe or comply with any of the covenants or conditions contained in Section 8.2 and, with respect to such covenants or conditions which are capable of rectification, if such failure continues for a period of 15 days after notice in writing has been given to the Borrower specifying such failure and requiring the Borrower or the Subsidiary to rectify the same;
