Breach of Other Covenants. Borrowers shall fail or neglect to perform, keep or observe any covenant contained in this Agreement (other than a covenant which is dealt with specifically elsewhere in Section 10.1 hereof) and the breach of such other covenant is not cured to Agent's satisfaction within 30 days after the sooner to occur of Borrowers' receipt of notice of such breach from Agent or the date on which such failure or neglect first becomes known to any officer of any Borrower.

Borrowers Any Borrower shall fail or neglect to perform, keep or observe any covenant contained in this Agreement (other than a covenant which is dealt with specifically elsewhere in Section 10.1 9.1 hereof) and the breach of such other covenant is not cured to Agent's satisfaction within 30 days after the sooner to occur of Borrowers' any Borrower's receipt of notice of such breach from Agent or the date on which such failure or neglect first becomes known to any officer of any Borrower.

Breach of Other Covenants. Borrowers The Borrower shall fail or neglect to perform, keep or observe any other covenant contained in this Agreement (other than a covenant which is dealt with specifically elsewhere not otherwise addressed in this Section 10.1 hereof) 7 and the breach of such other covenant is not cured to the Agent's ’s satisfaction within 30 thirty (30) days after the sooner to occur of Borrowers' any Responsible Officer’s receipt of notice of such breach from the Agent or the date on which such failure or neglect first becomes known to any officer of any Borrower.Responsible Officer; or

Borrowers shall fail or neglect to perform, keep or observe any covenant contained in this Agreement (other than a covenant which is dealt with specifically elsewhere in Section 10.1 hereof) and the breach of such other covenant is not cured to Agent's satisfaction within 30 15 days after the sooner to occur of Borrowers' receipt of notice of such breach from Agent or the date on which such failure or neglect first becomes known to any officer of any BorrowerBorrowers.

Borrowers Borrower shall fail or neglect to perform, keep or observe any covenant contained in this Agreement (other than a covenant which is dealt with specifically elsewhere in Section 10.1 8.1 hereof) or any Loan Document and the breach of such other covenant is not cured to AgentLender's satisfaction within 30 three (3) days after the sooner to occur of Borrowers' Borrower's receipt of notice of such breach from Agent Lender or the date on which such failure or neglect first becomes known to any officer of any Borrower.

Breach of Other Covenants. Borrowers Borrower shall fail or neglect to perform, keep or observe any covenant contained in this Agreement (other than a covenant which is dealt with specifically elsewhere in Section 10.1 hereof) and the breach of such other covenant is not cured to Agent's satisfaction within 30 fifteen (15) days (five (5) days with respect to Section 8.1.3) after the sooner to occur of Borrowers' Borrower's receipt of notice of such breach from Agent or the date on which such failure or neglect first becomes known to any executive officer or the controller of any BorrowerBorrower or Parent.

Breach of Other Covenants. Borrowers Any Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries shall fail or neglect to perform, keep or observe any covenant contained in this Agreement (other than a covenant which is dealt with specifically elsewhere in Section subsection 10.1 hereof) or any of the other Loan Documents and the breach of such other covenant is not cured to Agent's satisfaction within 30 days after the sooner to occur of Borrowers' receipt of notice of such breach from Agent or the date on which such failure or neglect first becomes known to any officer of any Borrower15 days.

Breach of Other Covenants. Borrowers shall fail or neglect to perform, keep or observe any covenant contained in this Agreement (other than a covenant which is dealt with addressed specifically elsewhere in this Section 10.1 hereof10.1) and the breach of such other covenant is not cured to Agent's satisfaction within 30 days after the sooner earlier to occur of Borrowers' any Borrower’s receipt of notice of such breach from Agent or the date on which such failure or neglect first becomes known to any officer Responsible Officer of any BorrowerBorrower Representative.

Breach of Other Covenants. Borrowers Any Borrower shall fail or neglect to perform, keep or observe any covenant contained in this Agreement (other than a covenant which is dealt with specifically elsewhere in Section 10.1 hereof12.1) and the breach of such other covenant is not cured to Agent's satisfaction within 30 days after the sooner to occur earlier of Borrowers' receipt of notice of such breach from Agent or (a) the date on which such failure or neglect first becomes known to any officer a Senior Officer of any BorrowerBorrower acquired knowledge thereof and (b) the date on which written notice thereof is delivered by Lender to Borrower Agent.

Breach of Other Covenants. Borrowers Borrower shall fail or neglect to ------------------------- perform, keep or observe any covenant contained in this Agreement (other than a covenant which is dealt with specifically elsewhere in Section 10.1 hereof) and the breach of such other covenant is not cured to Agent's satisfaction within 30 days after the sooner to occur of Borrowers' Borrower's receipt of notice of such breach from Agent or the date on which such failure or neglect first becomes known to any officer of any Borrower.

Breach of Other Covenants. Borrowers Either Borrower shall fail or neglect to perform, keep or observe any covenant contained in this Agreement (other than a covenant which is dealt with specifically elsewhere in Section 10.1 hereof) and the breach of such other covenant is not cured to Administrative Agent's ’s satisfaction within 30 15 days after the sooner to occur of Borrowers' such Borrower’s receipt of notice of such breach from Administrative Agent or the date on which such failure or neglect first becomes known to any officer of any such Borrower.

Breach of Other Covenants. Borrowers Borrower shall fail or neglect to perform, keep or observe any covenant contained in this Agreement (other than a covenant which is dealt with specifically elsewhere in Section 10.1 SECTION 11.1 hereof) and the breach of such other covenant is not cured to Agent's and the Required Lender's satisfaction within 30 15 days after the sooner to occur of Borrowers' any Senior Officer's receipt of notice of such breach from Agent or the date on which such failure or neglect first becomes known to any officer Senior Officer; provided, however, that in the case of any Borrower.failure to perform, keep or observe any such other covenant which Borrower is unable to cure within
