Common use of Breach of Other Covenants Clause in Contracts

Breach of Other Covenants. The Company fails to comply in any material respect with any other provision of Section 3 of this Note (other than as specified in the immediately preceding clause (3)) or breaches any other material covenant or other material term or condition of this Note or any of the other Transaction Documents (other than as specifically provided in clauses (1), (2) and (3) of this Section 4(a)), and such breach continues for a period of 15 days after written notice thereof to the Company from the Holder; or

Breach of Other Covenants. The Company fails to comply in any material respect with any other provision of Section 3 Article II of this Note (other than as specified in the immediately preceding clause (3)Section 2.1, 2.7 or 2.8) or breaches any other material covenant or other material term or condition of this Note or any of the other Transaction Documents (other than as specifically provided in clauses (1a), (2) b), and (3c) of this Section 4(a)), 3.1) and such breach failure continues unremedied for a period of 15 30 calendar days after written receipt by the Company of notice thereof to the Company from the Holder; or

The Company fails to comply in any material respect with any other provision of Section 3 Article I of this Note (other than as specified in the immediately preceding clause (3)Section 1.1, 1.7 or 1.8) or breaches in any material respect any other material covenant or other material term or condition of this Note or any of the other Transaction Documents (other than as specifically provided in clauses (1), (2a) and (3) of b)of this Section 4(a)2.1), and such breach continues for a period of 15 fifteencalendar days after written notice thereof to the Company from the Holder; or

The Company fails to comply in any material respect with any other provision of Section 3 Article II of this Note (other than as specified in the immediately preceding clause (3)Section 2.1, 2.7 or 2.8) or breaches any other material covenant or other material term or condition of this Note or any of the other Transaction Documents (other than as specifically provided in clauses (1), (2a) and (3b) of this Section 4(a)3.1), and such breach continues for a period of 15 days after written notice thereof to the Company from the Holder; or
