Breach of Other Obligation. 17.1.4 any Obligor or any IDF Company fails duly to perform or comply with any other obligation expressed to be assumed by it in any of the Finance Documents and such failure (if capable of remedy) is not remedied within ten business days after the earlier of (i) the date upon which any such Obligor or, as the case may be, IDF Company becomes aware of such default or (ii) the date upon which the Agent or, as the case may be, Receivables Purchaser has notified such Obligor or, as the case may be, IDF Company of such default or if any such Finance Document shall terminate (other than in accordance with its terms or with the written consent of the Agent) or become void or unenforceable; Cross-default
