Breach of other obligations. An Obligor does not comply with any provision of the Finance Documents (other than those referred to in Clause 22.2 (Non-Payment) and such failure (if capable of remedy before the expiry of such period) continues unremedied for a period of 30 days from the date on which the Facility Agent gives notice to the Company requiring the same to be remedied.

Breach of other obligations. An Obligor does not comply with any provision of the Finance Documents (other than those referred to in Clause 22.2 23.2 (Non-Payment) and Clause 23.3 (Breach of Financial Covenants)) and such failure (if capable of remedy before the expiry of such period) continues unremedied for a period of 30 days from the date on which the Facility Agent gives notice to the Company requiring the same to be remedied.

Breach of other obligations. An Obligor does not comply with any provision of the Finance Documents (other than those referred to in Clause 22.2 20.1 (Non-Payment) and such payment)), unless the failure (if to comply is capable of remedy before and is remedied within fifteen (15) days of the expiry earlier of such period(i) continues unremedied for a period of 30 days from the date on which the Facility Agent gives giving notice to the Company requiring the same and (ii) an Obligor becoming aware of such failure to be remediedcomply.

Breach of other obligations. An Obligor does not comply with any provision of the Finance Documents (other than those referred to in Clause 22.2 20.2 (Non-Payment) and payment)), provided that, if such failure (if non-compliance is capable of remedy before the expiry of remedy, such period) continues non-compliance remains unremedied for a period of 30 days from the date on which the Facility Agent gives notice to the Company requiring the same to be remedied14 days.

An Obligor does not comply with any provision of the Finance Documents (other than those referred to in Clause 22.2 18.2 (Non-Payment)) and such failure (if capable of remedy before the expiry of such period) continues unremedied for a period of 30 28 days from the earlier of the date on which (a) an Obligor becomes aware of the Facility failure to comply or (b) the Agent gives notice to the Company Borrowers’ Agent requiring the same to be remedied.

Breach of other obligations. An Any Obligor does not comply with any provision of the Finance Documents (other than those referred to in Clause 22.2 18.2 (Non-Paymentpayment)) and such failure (if capable of remedy before the expiry of such period) continues unremedied for a period of 30 days from the date on which the Facility Agent gives notice to the Company that Obligor requiring the same to be remedied.

An Obligor does not comply with any provision of the Finance Documents (other than those referred to in Clause 22.2 17.2 (Non-Payment)) and such failure (if capable of remedy before the expiry of such period) continues unremedied for a period of 30 28 days from the earlier of the date on which (a) an Obligor becomes aware of the Facility failure to comply or (b) the Agent gives notice to the Company Borrowers' Agent requiring the same to be remedied.
