Breach of other obligations. (a) An Obligor does not comply with any term of Clause 21 (Financial covenants); or (b) an Obligor does not comply with any term of the Finance Documents (other than any term referred to in Subclause 23.2 (Non-payment) or in paragraph (a) above), unless the non-compliance: (i) is capable of remedy; and (ii) is remedied within 30 days of the earlier of the Facility Agent giving notice of the failure to comply to the Company and any Obligor becoming aware of the non-compliance.

Breach of other obligations. (a) An Obligor The Company does not comply with any term of Clause 21 19 (Financial covenantsCovenants); or (b) an Obligor does not comply with any other term of the Finance Documents (other than any term not already referred to in Subclause 23.2 (Non-payment) or in paragraph (a) above)this Clause, unless the non-compliance: (i) is capable of remedy; and (ii) is remedied within 30 21 days of the earlier of the Facility Agent giving notice of the failure to comply breach to the Company and any the Obligor becoming aware of the non-compliance.

Breach of other obligations. (a) An Obligor does not comply with any term of Clause 21 22 (Financial covenants); or (b) an Obligor or a Security Provider does not comply with any term of the Finance Documents (other than any term referred to in Subclause 23.2 24.2 (Non-payment) or in paragraph (a) above), unless the non-compliance: (i) is capable of remedy; and (ii) is remedied within 30 10 days of the earlier of the Facility Agent giving notice of the failure to comply to the Company and any Obligor becoming aware of the non-compliance.

Breach of other obligations. (a) An Obligor The Company does not comply with any term obligation under any of Clause 21 paragraphs (Financial covenantsc) or (d) of clause 17.10 (Offer related undertakings); or. (b) an Obligor The Company does not comply with any term of the Finance Documents obligation (other than any term the obligations referred to in Subclause 23.2 under Clause 18.1 (Non-payment)) or in and paragraph (a) above)above towards the Finance Parties under the Finance Documents, unless the non-compliance: (i) is capable of remedy; and (ii) is remedied within 30 twenty days of the earlier of the Facility Agent giving notice of the failure to comply to the Company and any Obligor becoming aware of the non-compliance.

(a) An Obligor The Company does not comply with any term of Clause 21 19 (Financial covenants); or (b) an Obligor does not comply with any other term of the Finance Documents (other than any term not already referred to in Subclause 23.2 (Non-payment) or in paragraph (a) above)this Clause, unless the non-non compliance: (i) is capable of remedy; and (ii) is remedied within 30 days twenty Business Days of the earlier of the Facility Agent giving notice of and the failure to comply to the Company and any Obligor becoming aware of the non-non compliance.

(aA) The Company does not comply with any provision of Clause 17.15 (Financial covenants) of this Agreement; or (B) An Obligor does not comply with any term of Clause 21 (Financial covenants); or (b) an Obligor does not comply with any term provision of the Finance Documents (other than any term those referred to in Subclause 23.2 paragraph (A) above and Clause 18.2 (Non-payment)) or in paragraph (a) above)and such failure, unless the non-compliance: (i) if it is capable of remedy; and (ii) , is not remedied within 30 days of the earlier of the Facility Agent giving notice of the failure to comply to an Obligor or the Company and any Obligor first becoming aware of the non-compliancesuch failure.

(a) An Obligor The Company does not comply with any term of Clause 21 17 (Financial covenants); or (b) an Obligor the Company does not comply with any term of the Finance Documents (other than any term referred to in Subclause 23.2 Clause 19.2 (Non-payment) or in paragraph (a) above), unless the non-compliance: (i) is capable of remedy; and (ii) is remedied within 30 days 20 Business Days of the earlier of the Facility Agent Lender giving notice of the failure to comply to the Company and any Obligor the Company becoming aware of the non-compliance.

(a) An Obligor The Company does not comply with any term of Clause 21 17 (Financial covenants); or (b) an Obligor the Company does not comply with any term of the Finance Documents (other than any term referred to in Subclause 23.2 Clause 19.2 (Non-payment) or in paragraph (a) above), unless the non-compliance: (i) is capable of remedy; and (ii) is remedied within 30 days 20 Business Days of the earlier of the Facility Agent giving notice of the failure to comply to the Company and any Obligor the Company becoming aware of the non-compliance.

Breach of other obligations. (a) An Obligor The Company does not comply with any term of Clause 21 (Financial covenants)any of Clauses 18, 19.5, 19.6, 19.26 or 19.27; or (b) an Obligor The Company does not comply with any other term of the Bridge Finance Documents (other than any term not already referred to in Subclause 23.2 (Non-payment) or in paragraph (a) above)this Clause, unless the non-compliance: (i) is capable of remedy; and (ii) is remedied within 30 twenty one days of the earlier of the Facility Agent giving notice of the failure to comply to and the Company and any Obligor becoming aware of the non-compliance.

(a) The Company does not comply with any term of Clause 16 (General covenants); or (b) An Obligor does not comply with any term of Clause 21 (Financial covenants); or (b) an Obligor does not comply with any other term of the Finance Documents (other than any term not already referred to in Subclause 23.2 (Non-payment) or in paragraph (a) above)this Clause, unless the non-compliance: (i) is capable of remedy; and (ii) is remedied within 30 14 days of the earlier of the Facility Agent Lender giving notice of the failure to comply breach to the Company and or any Obligor becoming aware of the non-compliance.

(a) An Obligor The Company does not comply with any term of Clause 21 18 (Financial covenants) or Clause 19.5 (Use of proceeds); or (b) an Obligor does not comply with any other term of the Finance Documents (other than any term not already referred to in Subclause 23.2 (Non-payment) or in paragraph (a) above)this Clause, unless the non-non compliance: (i) is capable of remedy; and (ii) is remedied within 30 days twenty Business Days of the earlier of the Facility Agent giving notice of and the failure to comply to the Company and any Obligor becoming aware of the non-non compliance.
