Common use of Breach of other obligations Clause in Contracts

Breach of other obligations. An Obligor does not comply with any other provision of the Finance Documents (other than in respect of non-payment or breach of a Financial Covenant), unless the non-compliance is: (A) capable of remedy; and (B) remedied within 30 days of the earlier of the Facility Agent giving notice or the Obligor becoming aware of the non-compliance.

Breach of other obligations. An Obligor does not comply with any other provision of the Finance Documents to which it is a party (other than in respect of non-payment or breach of a Financial Covenant), unless the non-compliance is: (A) capable of remedy; and (B) remedied within 30 days of the earlier of the Facility Agent giving notice or the Obligor becoming aware of the non-compliance.

Breach of other obligations. An Any Obligor does not comply with any other provision of its obligations under the Finance Documents (other than those referred to in respect of Clause 21.2 (Non-Payment) and such non-payment or breach compliance, if capable of a Financial Covenant)remedy, unless continues unremedied for 30 days after such Obligor received notice thereof from the Agent or, if not capable of remedy, such non-compliance is: is materially prejudicial (A) capable of remedy; and (B) remedied within 30 days in the sole opinion of the earlier Majority Banks), to the interests of the Facility Agent giving notice or the Obligor becoming aware of the non-complianceBanks.

Breach of other obligations. An Obligor does not comply with any other provision term of the Finance Documents applicable to it or any of its other obligations hereunder (other than in respect of non-any payment or breach of a Financial Covenantobligation hereunder), unless the non-compliance iscompliance: (Aa) capable of remedydoes not have a Material Adverse Effect; andor (Bb) is remedied within 30 days of to the earlier reasonable satisfaction of the Facility Agent giving notice or within 10 Business Days from receipt of a written demand from the Obligor becoming aware of the non-complianceFacility Agent.

Breach of other obligations. An Any Obligor does not comply with any other provision term of the Finance Documents (other than any term referred to in respect of nonClause 21.2 (Non-payment or breach of a Financial Covenantpayment), unless the non-compliance iscompliance: (Aa) is capable of remedy; and (Bb) is remedied to the satisfaction of the Facility Agent within 30 14 days of the earlier of the Facility Agent giving notice or of the Obligor failure to comply to the Company and any Principal Project Party becoming aware of the non-compliance.

Breach of other obligations. An Obligor does not comply with any other provision of the Finance Documents (other than those described in respect Clauses 27.1 (Non-payment) and 27.2 (Breach of non-payment or breach of a Financial CovenantCovenants)), unless the non-compliance is: (A) capable of remedy; and (B) remedied within 30 days 15 Business Days of the earlier of the Facility Agent giving notice or the Obligor becoming aware of the non-compliance.

Breach of other obligations. An Obligor does not comply with any other provision term of the Finance Documents (other than as referred to in respect Clause 23.1 (Non-payment)) or of non-payment or breach of a Financial Covenant)any Acquisition Document, unless and the non-compliance is: (A) if capable of remedy; and (B) is not remedied within 30 days twenty (20) Business Days of the earlier of the Facility Agent giving notice to the Obligors’ Agent or the Obligor relevant Obligor, as applicable, becoming aware of the non-compliance.

Breach of other obligations. An Obligor does not comply with any other provision of the Finance Documents (other than in respect of non-payment or breach of a Financial Covenant), unless the non-compliance noncompliance is: (A) capable of remedy; and (B) remedied within 30 days of the earlier of the Facility Agent giving notice or the Obligor becoming aware of the non-compliance.
