Common use of Breach of Security Rules Clause in Contracts

Breach of Security Rules. If a Requesting Carrier employee violates the security rules applicable to Ameritech’s Premises, Ameritech shall have the right to remove such employee from the Premises immediately and thereafter refuse such employee access to Ameritech’s Premises.
