Breach of Terms of Agreement. Any Obligor shall fail to perform or observe (i) any of the covenants set forth in Section 5.1 (with respect to any Obligor’s obligation to maintain its existence), 5.3, 5.8 or 5.11 or (ii) any of the other covenants set forth in this Agreement or in any other Credit Facility Document to which it is a party and such failure (in the case of clause (ii) only) shall continue unremedied for 30 days after such Obligor, as the case may be, becomes aware thereof or Borrower receives written notice with respect thereto from Administrative Agent.
