BREACH OF WARRANTY CLAUSE. Should Owners be in breach of any of their warranties or representations under this charter, Charterers may put Owners on notice. In the absence of any express provision relating to such specific breach in this charter, Owners have 30 days thereafter to rectify the breach, failing which the vessel will be considered as off-hired. If such an offhire continues for another 10 days, Charterers shall have the option to terminate the CP without penalty to any party. [DELETE]
