Breach Shall Not Permit Termination. It is expressly agreed that no breach of this Declaration shall entitle any Owner to cancel, rescind, or otherwise terminate this Declaration, but such limitation shall not affect in any manner any of the rights or remedies which the Owners may have by reason of any breach of this Declaration.

It is expressly agreed that no breach of this Declaration shall entitle any Owner to cancel, rescind, or otherwise terminate this Declaration, but such limitation shall not affect in any manner any of the other rights or remedies which the Owners such Owner may have hereunder by reason of any breach of this Declaration. Any breach of this Declaration shall not defeat or render invalid the lien of any mortgage or deed of trust made in good faith for value, but this Declaration shall be binding upon and be effective against any Owner whose title is acquired by foreclosure, trustee’s sale or otherwise.
