Breaches and Security Incidents. During the term of the Agreement, CONTRACTOR 37 agrees to implement reasonable systems for the discovery of any breach of unsecured DHCS PI and PII 3 of 4 EXHIBIT C X:\CONTRACTS - 2019 -\2019-2020\PH\ASF15 HIV Housing HPP-FY 19-20 JC.doc ASF15PHKK20 AIDS Service Foundation Orange County Radiant Health Centers 1 or security incident. CONTRACTOR agrees to give notification of any beach of unsecured DHCS PI 2 and PII or security incident in accordance with Paragraph F, of the Business Associate Contract, Exhibit 3 B to the Agreement.
