Breaches, Indemnification and Termination. Except as set forth in Article 5 and Section 6.4 above, the sole and exclusive remedy for any breach of a covenant or agreement set forth herein shall be as set forth in Article 8 of the Separation Agreement. More specifically, any breach of a covenant or agreement set forth hereon shall be subject to the limitations set forth in, and resolved in accordance with the terms of Articles 8 and 9 of the Separation Agreement.
