Common use of Breaches of Other Covenants Clause in Contracts

Breaches of Other Covenants. The Company shall fail to observe or perform any other covenant, obligation, condition or agreement contained in this Note or any other Transaction Document, and after the Company’s receipt of the Holder’s written notice, such failure shall continue for ten (10) days;

Breaches of Other Covenants. The Company shall materially fail to observe or to perform any other covenant, obligation, condition or agreement contained in this Note or any the other Transaction DocumentDocuments, other than those specified in Section 2(a) hereof, and after the Company’s receipt of the Holder’s written notice, such failure shall continue for ten (10) days;30 days after written notice thereof to the Company; or

Breaches of Other Covenants. The Company shall fail to observe or perform any other covenant, obligation, condition or agreement contained in this Note or any the other Transaction Document, Documents (other than those specified in Sections 6(a) and after the Company’s receipt of the Holder’s written notice, 6(b)) and such failure shall continue for ten thirty (1030) days;days after the earlier of (i) the date upon which the Company knows or reasonably should have know of such failure or (ii) the date upon which written notice thereof is given to the Company by the Holder or any holder of any other Note; or

The Company shall fail to observe or --------------------------- perform any other covenant, obligation, condition or agreement contained in this Note (other than those specified in Sections 4(a) and 4(b)) or fail to observe or perform any other Transaction Documentmaterial covenant, obligation, condition or agreement contained in the License Agreement and after the Company’s receipt of the Holder’s written notice, such failure shall continue for ten fifteen (1015) days;; or

Breaches of Other Covenants. The Company shall fail to observe or to perform any other covenant, obligation, condition or agreement in any material respect contained in this Note or any the other Transaction DocumentDocuments, other than those specified in Section 4(a) of this Note, and such failure continues for ten Business Days after notice of the breach is delivered to the Company’s receipt of the Holder’s written notice, such failure shall continue for ten (10) days;
