Common use of Breaches of Other Covenants Clause in Contracts

Breaches of Other Covenants. The Company shall materially fail to observe or to perform any other covenant, obligation, condition or agreement contained in this Note or the other Transaction Documents, other than those specified in Section 2(a) hereof, and such failure shall continue for 30 days after written notice thereof to the Company; or

Breaches of Other Covenants. Breaches of Other Covenants. The Company shall materially fail to observe or to perform any other covenant, obligation, condition or agreement in any material respect contained in this Note or the other Transaction Documents, other than those specified in Section 2(a4(a) hereofof this Note, and such failure shall continue continues for 30 days ten Business Days after written notice thereof of the breach is delivered to the Company; or;

Breaches of Other Covenants. The Company shall materially fail to observe or to perform any other covenant, obligation, condition or agreement contained in this Note or the any other Transaction Documents, other than those specified in Section 2(a) hereofDocument, and after the Company’s receipt of the Holder’s written notice, such failure shall continue for 30 days after written notice thereof to the Company; orten (10) days;

The Company shall materially fail to observe or to perform any other covenant, obligation, condition or agreement contained in this Note or the other Transaction Documents, Documents (other than those specified in Section 2(aSections 6(a) hereof, and 6(b)) and such failure shall continue for 30 thirty (30) days after the earlier of (i) the date upon which the Company knows or reasonably should have know of such failure or (ii) the date upon which written notice thereof is given to the CompanyCompany by the Holder or any holder of any other Note; or
