Common use of Breaches of Other Covenants Clause in Contracts

Breaches of Other Covenants. Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries shall fail to observe or perform any other covenant, obligation, condition or agreement contained in this Loan Agreement or the other Loan Documents (other than those specified in Sections 6.1(a) and 6.1(b)) and such failure shall continue for thirty (30) days; or

Breaches of Other Covenants. Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries shall fail to perform or observe or perform any other term, covenant, obligation, condition or agreement contained in this Loan Agreement or the other Loan Documents any Transaction Document (other than those the other Events of Default specified in Sections 6.1(a) and 6.1(b)this Article 7) and such failure shall continue remains unremedied for thirty five (305) daysBusiness Days after Borrower having obtained knowledge thereof; or

Either Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries shall fail to observe or perform any other covenant, obligation, condition or agreement contained in this Loan Agreement made by Borrowers, any subsidiary or the other Loan Documents guarantor (other than those specified in Sections 6.1(a) and 6.1(bSection 4(a)) contained in any Loan Document, and such failure shall continue unremedied for thirty (30) days; ora period of 30 days after notice thereof from Holder to the Borrowers;
