Break Costs and Break Benefits. (a) (Application of Clause): If the Trustee is party to a Fixed Rate Swap: (i) this clause 8.7 will apply (but otherwise shall be of no effect); and (ii) Break Costs will not be included in the definition of Finance Charge Collections (except as set out in clauses 8.7(c) and (d)) and Break Benefits will not be included in the definition of Expenses.
