Breakdown of Vessel Safety or Environmental Systems. The Terminal Operator may order the Vessel to vacate its berth if there is a deficiency or failure in the Vessel’s safety or environmental systems. All expenses and time until the Vessel has re-berthed shall be for Buyer’s account.
