Breakdowns and Accidents. 17.01 In the event of equipment failure or breakdown, employees shall be paid for all "on duty" hours, at regular rates, less two (2) hours, with a minimum of eight (8) paid hours (mileage time included). "On duty" means the employee is obliged to stay with the vehicle, arrange for repairs, or is otherwise engaged in the Empl xxxx'x service.
Breakdowns and Accidents. In the event of a breakdown or accident the Contract Carrier will be given time to arrange repairs to his/her vehicle. If vehicle is off the road for longer than twenty four (24) hours the Contract Carrier may hire a vehicle in order to perform his/her normal duties. Contract Carriers who have in excess of three vehicle breakdowns in a twelve (12) month period will be required to produce evidence identifying the repairs carried out.
Breakdowns and Accidents. In the event of an accident or breakdown you must directly contact The Glens Motorhome Hire so that we can authorise and organise a breakdown recovery service to attend to you. You are authorised to spend £100 on any necessary repairs and/or replacement parts, and we will reimburse you against a valid VAT receipt.
Breakdowns and Accidents. 17.12.1 The Concessionaire shall ensure safe conditions at the Project Site for its employees, Contractors, representatives, the Authority and its representatives, Independent Expert and any authorized third party including any representatives of the Government Instrumentality. In the event of unsafe conditions, damage, breakdowns and accidents, it shall follow the relevant operating procedures in conformity with the provisions of this Agreement. In the event of occurrence of any damage, breakdowns and/or accidents, the Concessionaire shall undertake removal of obstruction and debris without delay.
17.12.2 The Concessionaire's responsibility for rescue operations in the Project shall include safe evacuation of all persons at the Project Site as an initial response to any particular incident requiring evacuation and shall also include prompt and safe removal of dangerous spills, leakages, debris or any other obstruction, which may endanger the Project.
