BRIBERY AND FRAUD. 16.1 The parties warrant that they understand their obligations under the Xxxxxxx Xxx 0000 and shall comply with those obligations. 16.2 No party nor any Personnel of that party shall offer, give or agree to give to another party or its Personnel any inducement or reward for doing or refraining from doing or having done or refraining from doing any act in relation to the obtaining or execution of this Agreement or any other agreement or for showing or refraining from showing any favour or disfavour to any person in relation to this Agreement or any other agreement.
