The City agrees to allocate a total of four thousand five hundred dollars ($4,500) per year to the Tuition Reimbursement Program for the exclusive use of classifications represented by the Bricklayers, Local 3; Hod Carriers, Local 36; Cement Masons, Local 300; Glaziers, Local 718; IATSE, Local 16; Iron Workers, Local 377; Carpet, Linoleum and Soft Tile Workers, Local 12; IATSE, Local 16; Plasterers, Local 66; and Roofers, Local 40. The maximum annual allocation for each employee shall be seven hundred and fifty dollars ($750.00) per fiscal year for courses approved in accordance with guidelines established by the Department of Human Resources. Classes that will enhance an employee's work skills shall be considered as qualifying for tuition reimbursement.
