Bristol Municipal Court. The Bristol Municipal Court shall be organized and operated pursuant to Chapter 755, Wis. Stats., the ordinances adopted by the Village of Bristol and the Town of Bristol, and the terms of this Agreement. In the event of a conflict, the provisions of the Wisconsin Statutes governing this Court shall prevail. The Municipalities desire to jointly operate the Bristol Municipal Court and equitably share in the costs thereof, pursuant to Sections 755.01(4) and 66.0301, Wis. Stats.
