Broadband Approvals Sample Clauses

The Broadband Approvals clause establishes the requirement for obtaining all necessary permissions, consents, or authorizations related to the installation and operation of broadband services. In practice, this clause typically obligates one party—often the service provider or property owner—to secure approvals from relevant authorities, building management, or regulatory bodies before broadband infrastructure can be installed or activated. Its core function is to ensure legal compliance and prevent project delays by clarifying responsibility for securing all required broadband-related permissions.
