Broadcast Rights Sample Clauses

Broadcast Rights. The Licensor hereby grants to Licensee an exclusive license to broadcast or air the Master Recording on unlimited radio stations or through unlimited station channels, respectively.
Broadcast Rights. Licensee has the right to pitch, submit or permit the pitching or submission of the New Song for broadcasting on terrestrial, satellite, or internet radio (e.g., over-the-air-radio, Sirius XM, Pandora, etc.).
