Data Subject Rights. (a) The data importer shall promptly notify the data exporter of any request it has received from a data subject. It shall not respond to that request itself unless it has been authorised to do so by the data exporter. (b) The data importer shall assist the data exporter in fulfilling its obligations to respond to data subjectsrequests for the exercise of their rights under Regulation (EU) 2016/679. In this regard, the Parties shall set out in Annex II the appropriate technical and organisational measures, taking into account the nature of the processing, by which the assistance shall be provided, as well as the scope and the extent of the assistance required. (c) In fulfilling its obligations under paragraphs (a) and (b), the data importer shall comply with the instructions from the data exporter.

Data Subject Rights. 6.1 Taking into account the nature of the Processing, Processor shall assist the Company by implementing appropriate technical and organisational measures, insofar as this is possible, for the fulfilment of the Company obligations, as reasonably understood by Company, to respond to requests to exercise Data Subject rights under the Data Protection Laws. 6.2 Processor shall: 6.2.1 promptly notify Company if it receives a request from a Data Subject under any Data Protection Law in respect of Company Personal Data; and 6.2.2 ensure that it does not respond to that request except on the documented instructions of Company or as required by Applicable Laws to which the Processor is subject, in which case Processor shall to the extent permitted by Applicable Laws inform Company of that legal requirement before the Contracted Processor responds to the request.
Data Subject Rights. Participant may have a number of rights under the data privacy laws in his or her jurisdiction. Depending on where Participant is based, such rights may include the right to (i) request access or copies of Data the Company processes, (ii) rectification of incorrect Data, (iii) deletion of Data, (iv) restrictions on processing of Data, (v) portability of Data, (vi) lodge complaints with competent authorities in Participant’s jurisdiction, and/or (vii) receive a list with the names and addresses of any potential recipients of Data. Data Subject Rights. Participant understands that Participant may have the right under applicable law to (i) access or copy Data that the Corporation possesses, (ii) rectify incorrect Data, (iii) delete Data, (iv) restrict processing of Data, (v) opt out of the Plan, or (vi) lodge complaints with the competent supervisory authorities in Participant’s jurisdiction. To receive clarification regarding these rights or to exercise these rights, Participant understands that Participant can contact his or her local human resources representative.
Data Subject Rights. 7.1 Taking into account the nature of the Processing, Vendor and each Vendor Affiliate shall assist each Company Group Member by implementing appropriate technical and organisational measures, insofar as this is possible, for the fulfilment of the Company Group Members' obligations, as reasonably understood by Company, to respond to requests to exercise Data Subject rights under the Data Protection Laws. 7.2 Vendor shall: 7.2.1 promptly notify Company if any Contracted Processor receives a request from a Data Subject under any Data Protection Law in respect of Company Personal Data; and 7.2.2 ensure that the Contracted Processor does not respond to that request except on the documented instructions of Company or the relevant Company Affiliate or as required by Applicable Laws to which the Contracted Processor is subject, in which case Vendor shall to the extent permitted by Applicable Laws inform Company of that legal requirement before the Contracted Processor responds to the request.
Data Subject Rights. The Grantee understands that data subject rights regarding the processing of Data vary depending on applicable law and that, depending on where the Grantee is based and subject to the conditions set out in such applicable law, the Grantee may have, without limitation, the right to (i) inquire whether and what kind of Data the Company holds about the Grantee and how it is processed, and to access or request copies of such Data, (ii) request the correction or supplementation of Data about the Grantee that is inaccurate, incomplete or out-of-date in light of the purposes underlying the processing, (iii) obtain the erasure of Data no longer necessary for the purposes underlying the processing, (iv) request the Company to restrict the processing of the Grantee’s Data in certain situations where the Grantee feels its processing is inappropriate, (v) object, in certain circumstances, to the processing of Data for legitimate interests, and to (vi) request portability of the Grantee’s Data that the Grantee has actively or passively provided to the Company or the Employer (which does not include data derived or inferred from the collected data), where the processing of such Data is based on consent or the Grantee’s employment and is carried out by automated means. In case of concerns, the Grantee understands that he or she may also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent local data protection authority. Further, to receive clarification of, or to exercise any of, the Grantee’s rights, the Grantee understands that he or she should contact his or her local human resources representative.

For example, the Optionee’s rights may include the right to (i) request access or copies of Data the Company processes, (ii) request rectification of incorrect Data, (iii) request deletion of Data, (iv) place restrictions on processing, (v) lodge complaints with competent authorities in the Optionee’s country of residence, and/or (vi) request a list with the names and addresses of any potential recipients of the Optionee’s Data. To receive clarification regarding the Optionee’s rights or to exercise the Optionee’s rights, the Optionee should contact the Company’s human resources department.

The Participant further acknowledges that the exercise of such rights are subject to the limitations and exemptions under applicable data protection laws and that any request to restrict or delete the Personal Data may affect the Participant’s ability to exercise or realize benefits from the Award, and the Participant’s ability to participate in the Plan. In case of concerns, the Participant understands that the Participant may also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent local data protection authority. To exercise these rights, the Participant may contact the Company’s Data Privacy Officer.
