Broader Coverage and Limits Clause Samples
The "Broader Coverage and Limits" clause defines the extent and maximum amounts of insurance protection provided under a policy. It typically ensures that if broader coverage or higher limits are available under another policy or endorsement, those broader terms will apply to the insured. This clause is important because it helps prevent gaps in coverage and ensures the insured benefits from the most favorable terms available, thereby reducing the risk of insufficient protection.
