Broker-Dealer Representations. The representations, warranties and covenants of Broker/Dealer set forth in this Agreement are continuous during the term of this Agreement and Broker/Dealer agrees to notify each of PL & A and Distributor immediately, in writing, if, at any time during the course of this Agreement, any of the representations, warranties or covenants set forth herein become inaccurate or untrue of the facts related thereto.
