Common use of Broker Designation Clause in Contracts

Broker Designation. Shares of Common Stock issued to the Participant under the Plan must be maintained in an account with Xxxxxxx Xxxxx or such other broker as may be designated by the Corporation until the shares of Common Stock are sold through that broker.
