Common use of BROKER DISCLOSURE Clause in Contracts

BROKER DISCLOSURE. Landlord represents that it has dealt with no broker in connection with this Lease. Landlord agrees that, if any broker makes a claim for a commission based upon the actions of Landlord, Landlord shall indemnify, defend and hold Tenant harmless from any such claim. Tenant represents that it has dealt with no broker in connection with the Lease. Tenant agrees that, if any other broker makes a claim for a commission based upon the actions of Tenant, Tenant shall indemnify, defend and hold Landlord harmless from any such claim.

BROKER DISCLOSURE. The Landlord’s Broker identified in the Basic Lease Provisions has acted as agent for Landlord in this transaction; Landlord’s Broker has not represented Tenant. Tenant represents that no broker has acted as agent for Tenant in this transaction. Landlord represents that it Landlord has dealt with no other broker in connection with this Lease. Landlord agrees that, if any broker makes a claim for a commission based upon the actions of other than Landlord, Landlord shall indemnify, defend and hold Tenant harmless from any such claim. Tenant represents that it has dealt with no broker in connection with the Lease’s Broker. Tenant agrees that, if any other broker makes a claim for a commission based upon the actions of Tenant, Tenant shall indemnify, defend defend, protect and hold Landlord harmless from any such claim.
