BROKER DISCLOSURE. The Landlord’s Broker identified in the Basic Lease Provisions, who is a real estate broker licensed in the State where the Property is located, has acted as agent for Landlord in this transaction and is to be paid a commission by Landlord pursuant to a separate agreement. The Tenant’s Broker identified in the Basic Lease Provisions, who is a real estate broker licensed in the State where the Property is located, has acted as agent for Tenant in this transaction and is to be paid a commission by Landlord pursuant to a separate agreement. Landlord represents that Landlord has dealt with no other broker other than the broker(s) identified herein. Landlord agrees that, if any other broker makes a claim for a commission based upon the actions of Landlord, Landlord shall indemnify, defend and hold Tenant harmless from any such claim. Tenant represents that Tenant has dealt with no broker other than the broker(s) identified herein. Tenant agrees that, if any other broker makes a claim for a commission based upon the actions of Tenant, Tenant shall indemnify, defend and hold Landlord harmless from any such claim.

Landlord agrees that, if any other broker makes a claim for a commission based upon the actions of Landlord, Landlord shall indemnifyindemnity, defend defend, protect and hold Tenant harmless from any such claim. Tenant represents that Tenant has dealt with no broker other than the broker(s) identified herein. Tenant agrees that, if any other broker makes a claim for a commission based upon the alleged actions of Tenant, Tenant shall indemnify, defend defend, protect and hold Landlord harmless from any such claim.
