Common use of Broker Indemnification Clause in Contracts

Broker Indemnification. Landlord and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ hereby indemnify the other against and from any claims for any brokerage commissions arising through such party and all costs, expenses and liabilities in connection therewith, including, without limitation, Legal Costs.

Broker Indemnification. Landlord and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Tenant hereby indemnify the other against and from any claims for any brokerage commissions arising through such party (except those payable to the Brokers, which are payable by Landlord pursuant to a separate agreement) and all costs, expenses and liabilities in connection therewith, including, without limitation, Legal Costs.
