Common use of Broker or Finder Fees Clause in Contracts

Broker or Finder Fees. All negotiations relating to this Agreement and the transactions contemplated hereby have been carried out without the intervention of any Person acting on behalf of Buyer in such a manner as to give rise to any valid claim against the Company or the Members for any broker’s fee, finder’s fee, or similar compensation.
