Seller has not incurred any liability or obligation – whether contingent or otherwise – for a brokerage commission, a finder’s fee, or any other similar payment in connection with this Agreement or the transaction. If Seller has incurred or will incur such a broker or finder’s fee, the parties agree that Seller will be solely responsible for payment of any such fee or commission.
