Common use of Broker/Representative Communications Clause in Contracts

Broker/Representative Communications. Neither Broker nor any of its Representatives, are authorized by Principal Underwriter or its Affiliates to give any information or make any representation in connection with this Agreement or the offering of the Contracts other than those contained in the Contract, Prospectus, or promotional material authorized for use in writing by Principal Underwriter or its Affiliates. Broker shall not make any representations or give information that is not contained in the Contract, Prospectus or promotional material of the Contracts.
