Common use of Brokerage Agreements Clause in Contracts

Purchaser shall hold Sellers harmless against any broker, finder, consultant or other intermediary retained directly or indirectly by Purchaser in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement who would be entitled to any commission or broker's or finder's fee in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby.
