Common use of Brokerage and Finder's Fees; Expenses Clause in Contracts

Brokerage and Finder's Fees; Expenses. Except as set forth in the Company SEC Documents filed prior to the date hereof, none of the Company, any of its Affiliates or any director, officer or employee of the Company, (a) has incurred or will incur on behalf of the Company, any brokerage, finders', advisory or similar fees in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement or (b) is obligated to engage any broker, investment bank or other advisor to provide services to or on behalf of the Company or any of its Affiliates in the future.
