Common use of Brokerage and Finder's Fees Clause in Contracts

Brokerage and Finder's Fees. None of Seller, Generation or a Material Subsidiary, or any of their Affiliates or their respective stockholders, partners, directors, officers or employees, has incurred or will incur any brokerage, finders’ or similar fee in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, the Related Agreements, the CGIC Loan Agreement or the Consent and Support Agreement.

Brokerage and Finder's Fees. None of Sellerthe Sellers, Generation or a Material Subsidiary, any of their respective Affiliates or any of their Affiliates or their respective stockholders, partners, directors, officers officers, partners or employees, on behalf of any Seller, has retained or dealt with any broker or finder, or has incurred or will incur any brokerageliability for brokerage fees, finders’ commissions or finder's or similar fee fees in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, the Related Agreements, the CGIC Loan Agreement or the Consent and Support Agreementother documents contemplated hereby.

None of SellerNeither the Sellers, Generation or a Material Subsidiary, or nor any of their Affiliates or their respective stockholders, partners, directors, officers officers, managers, members, shareholders or employeesemployees have incurred, has incurred or will incur incur, any brokerage, finders’ finders or similar fee in connection with the transactions contemplated by Shareholders Exchange Transaction or this Agreement, Agreement which is the Related Agreements, obligation of the CGIC Loan Agreement or the Consent and Support AgreementSellers.

None Neither Buyer nor any of Seller, Generation or a Material Subsidiary, its Affiliates or any of their Affiliates shareholder, director, officer or their respective stockholders, partners, directors, officers or employeesemployee thereof, has incurred or will incur on behalf of Buyer, any brokerage, finders’ or similar fee in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreementhereby, the Related Agreements, the CGIC Loan Agreement for which Seller has or the Consent and Support Agreementwill have any liability.
