Common use of Brokerage Arrangements Clause in Contracts

Brokerage Arrangements. None of the Parent Parties has entered, directly or indirectly, into any agreement with any person, firm or corporation that would obligate Sellers or any of its respective Affiliates (other than the Parent Group) to pay any commission, brokerage or “finder’s fee” or other fee in connection with this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby.
