Common use of Brokerage Arrangements Clause in Contracts

Brokerage Arrangements. None of the Partnership Parties has entered (directly or indirectly) into any agreement with any Person that would obligate the Partnership Parties or any of their Affiliates to pay any commission, brokerage or “finder’s fee” or other similar fee in connection with this Agreement, the CCA Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby or thereby.

Brokerage Arrangements. None of the Partnership Parties or any of its Affiliates has entered (entered, directly or indirectly) , into any agreement with any Person person, firm or corporation that would obligate the Partnership Parties CONE Gathering or any of their its Affiliates to pay any commission, brokerage or “finder’s fee” or other similar fee in connection with this Agreement, the CCA Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby or therebyhereby.

Brokerage Arrangements. None Neither of the Partnership Parties has entered (directly or indirectly) into any agreement with any Person that would obligate the Partnership Parties or any of their Affiliates to pay any commission, brokerage or “finder’s fee” or other similar fee in connection with this Agreement, the CCA Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby or thereby, except as set forth on Disclosure Schedule 4.4.

None of the Partnership Parties has have entered (directly or indirectly) into any agreement with any Person person, firm or corporation that would obligate any of the Partnership Parties or Contributing Parties, any of their Affiliates (other than the Partnership Parties) or any CIG Entity to pay any commission, brokerage or “finder’s fee” or other similar fee in connection with this Agreement, the CCA Contribution Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby or thereby.. None of the Partnership Parties has have entered (directly or indirectly) into any agreement with any Person person, firm or corporation that would obligate the Contributing Parties, any of its Affiliates (other than the Partnership Parties Parties) or any of their Affiliates SNG Entity or CIG Entity to pay any commission, brokerage or “finder’s fee” or other similar fee in connection with this Agreement, the CCA Contribution Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby or thereby.
