Common use of Brokerage Commission Clause in Contracts

Brokerage Commission. Contributor and FWRLP represent and warrant to each other that no brokerage fee or real estate commission is or shall be due or owing in connection with this transaction other than that payable to Mid-America Real Estate Corporation, which shall be payable by Contributor. Contributor and FWRLP hereby indemnify and hold the other harmless from any and all claims of any broker or agent so claiming based on action or alleged action of the other. The provisions of this Section 15 shall survive Closing or any termination of this Agreement without limitation.
