Brokerage Commissions, etc. It is understood and agreed that no broker, agent or other intermediary has acted for the Vendor or the Purchaser in connection with the transactions herein contemplated. The Vendor hereby agrees to indemnify and save harmless the Purchaser from and against any claim for commission or other remuneration payable or alleged to be payable to any broker, agent or other intermediary who purports to act or to have acted for the Vendor in connection with the transactions herein contemplated. The Purchaser agrees to indemnify and save harmless the Vendor from and against any claim for any commission or other remuneration payable or alleged to be payable to any broker, agent or other intermediary who purports to act or to have acted for the Purchaser in connection with the transactions herein contemplated.
