Common use of Brokerage Fees Clause in Contracts

Brokerage Fees. No broker, finder or investment banker is entitled to any fee or commission from Buyer for services rendered on behalf of Buyer in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

Brokerage Fees. No broker, finder or investment banker is entitled to any brokerage, finder's or other fee or commission from Buyer for services rendered in connection with this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby based upon any agreements, written or oral, made by or on behalf of Buyer in connection with the transactions contemplated Seller or Seller's Parent, or by this Agreementor on behalf of any director, officer, employee, agent or Affiliate of Seller or Seller's Parent.
