Each Party represents to the other that neither has utilized the services of a broker or other person and is not obligated with respect to any claims for brokerage, commission, finder's or other fees relative to this Lease and the transaction set forth herein based in any way on agreement, arrangements or understandings made by such party with any other party or parties.
