BROKERAGE OR COMMISSIONS. No person is entitled to receive from any Group Company a finder’s fee, brokerage or commission in connection with this agreement or anything in it and no Group Company is liable to pay any sum whatsoever to any of its directors, employees, agents or advisers in connection with, or as a result of, the sale of the Shares.
