BROKERAGE OR COMMISSIONS. There is no agreement or arrangements under which he or any of his connected persons is to receive from any person and, so far as he is aware, no person (other than SSSB is entitled to receive from any Group Company, any finders’ or other fee, brokerage or commission in connection with this Agreement or any of the matters contemplated or referred to in those agreements.
